Our Rent to Own scheme will certainly help a lot of new people onto the home ownership ladder and is preferred by the builders' associations to the Conservative policy of selling off social houses but the real answer must be to build the 200,000+ new homes needed in this rich country. Come on, chaps, give the small and large builders a chance!
