Local Lib Dem campaigner Rob Hunter secures new sign for Alcester Road

Local Lib Dem campiagner Rob Hunter has secured a new street name sign for the busy junction between Alcester Road and School Lane in Lickey End.

Rob said "I'm really pleased to have been able to get the Council to install a new sign on this junction. There had been a missing sign here for quite some time and I know from talking to local residents that it was really confusing for visitors and deliverers trying to navigate their way around local roads. I'd like to thank council officers for their help. The new sign looks great and I'm sure it will make a big difference to local road users.
