In response to the shocking news that the Artrix is set to close Bromsgrove Lib Dems have called on the Conservative controlled council to secure the popular arts venue's future.
Roads in parts of Bromsgrove are still being neglected. Despite the Conservative-run county council saying they would fix any pothole once reported, residents are still waiting for an area of Chapel Street to be fixed - an entire year later!
Cllr Siobhan Hughes will be hosting a number of local advice surgeries for residents of Bromsgrove Central. Siobhan commented: "It is important local councillors are there to help with any local issues residents are concerned about, so please feel free to come along to one of the following dates at Bromsgrove Library between 1-2pm. No appointment is necessary."
Cllr Siobhan Hughes is pleased to report Western Power Distribution came out quickly to repair a dangerous manhole cover on New Road.
Recently Bromsgrove has benefited from a £15 million investment to improve walking and cycling routes.
